Adrienne's answer is... "NO, it will cost me 400 bucks!"
So, if you are thinking you want to pig out on something tell yourself it just might cost you $400, maybe that will change your mind :)
Great perspective, I have said it to myself twice today!

There are some of us doing Weight Watchers on our own, from memory, books, online info etc... We never knew exactly how much points we were supposed to have each do. I did some searching and found this chart:

Helpful Tips
Here are a few websites that can help you on your journey to becoming our biggest loser. Calorie King is pretty inexpensive (about $60 for the year), Weight Watchers online is about $65 for first three months and then about $18 per month after that. I briefly perused the my-calorie-counter.com site. It is free. You can track calories eaten and burned in your journal. The freetrainers.com site looks like it might be really good. I did not take the time to register today. It says it is free. It looks like it will create a work out for you depending on what areas you want to focus on or if you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, etc... Again, we are all in this to win it!

We all need all the help we can get. If you have any other websites, tips or ideas please share them. I am hopeful that you all will share any recipe ideas or just in general what you are eating. What things do you eat for snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner? What delicious low-cal, low-fat foods have you found? Yes, they do exist. We just need to change our thinking. It's not only french fries or a potato chips or a banana split that are satisfying. Although those things are delicious they are not going to help us become the biggest losers!
Some of my favorites are Laughing Cow cheese wedges, Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwiches, 100-calorie packs for snacks and treats, Fat Free/Sugar Free Pudding packs. You have to feel like you can still live and be healthy, right?!
