We have united together, as a team, in the hopes of becoming the biggest loser. Even though we all want to win the big prize we truly hope everyone wins. We win when we become healthier than we were when we started. By changing our eating habits and by starting an exercise program we are all hoping to see a grand transformation. This competition will last for 9 weeks but we know these changes will need to last a lifetime. Making big changes in your lifestyle is not an easy process. We need all the motivation and the support we can get. My hope is that we can motivate and support each other while participating in this contest. May we all become losers in our quest to win.
